Amazon Web Services, Inc.
Location: United States and AWS service locations used by Jotmor.
Purpose: Cloud hosting, networking, content delivery, object storage, databases, encryption, authentication, transactional email, monitoring, backups, messaging, malware screening, media conversion, OCR, transcription, summaries, embeddings, and search-result ranking.
Relevant services: Amazon Cognito, CloudFront, ECS/Fargate, ECR, RDS for PostgreSQL, S3, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty Malware Protection for S3, MediaConvert, Bedrock, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Route 53, ACM, and AWS Backup.
Polar Software, Inc.
Location: United States and provider service locations.
Purpose: Merchant of record, hosted checkout and customer portal, subscription administration, payment collection, tax calculation and remittance, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction support. Polar may use Stripe and other payment processors described in its own subprocessor disclosures.
IONOS
Location: Provider service locations.
Purpose: Domain registration and business email routing or mailbox services used for support, privacy, legal, and security communications.
Changes
This list may be updated as providers change. A processor-list update alone is normally non-material; a provider change that materially alters how personal information is used will receive additional notice where appropriate.
