Published complete standalone public-subscription terms; fixed immediate invoice-prorated plan changes; stated the no-voluntary-refund policy and mandatory-rights exception; and expanded subscription, order, refund, tax, reconciliation, transfer, export, deletion, and seven-year financial-retention disclosures. This is a material release. Existing accepted users receive 30 days’ notice; new signup and checkout require immediate acceptance.
